Decommissioning Cost Update for Pacific Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) Region Facilities Study

This report provides a benchmark decommissioning cost for each fixed structure (i.e. platform) and is one of the inputs BOEM uses in determining whether a supplemental bond is required. The decommissioning process includes abandonment and removal of relevant wells and platforms, and all drilling and platform sites are cleared of obstructions.
